What Happens If I Am Not Ready When You Come To Collect?

We would hope that customers treat their responsibilities in this area very seriously indeed. Late returns are quite rare, but as per our Terms & Conditions Of Hire, each outfit, or part-outfit of a person, that is not handed over for return when our carrier DPD calls on collection day, is charged at £15 extra per day late. If you ask us to send out DPD to make a second attempt at collection, there will also be a £15 carriage charge for that too.

Since we obviously cannot let an upcoming wedding down because a previous customer did not return on time, we will incur costs in covering for the unavailable stock. For that reason, any late returns hire charges are pursued without exception.
