If I Cancel My Order, Will I Get A Full Refund?

You can cancel your order any time prior to dispatch and be entitled to a full refund. However, once an order has been dispatched to you, then no refund is due. Any cancellation must be made via telephone in the first instance, so that you can be given the reference number you’ll need to trigger any refund due.
